- Manage Local Procurement
<Job Responsibilities>
- Do the right process of sourcing & engaging vendor to find reliable vendors for the company
- Source for consulting services for medical (licensing consultant, marketing agencies, promoting materials, event organizers and IT)
- Conduct the standard initial process of vendor assessment
- Make sure all the process of negotiations are met to find the best alternative reliable vendor within the market
- Process Purchase Order
- Monitoring, checking, and making sure the orders are in accordance with the PO
- Make purchasing documentation
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency (formal everyday use in business conversation directly and emails)
・Min. 3 years as Procurement in the medical industry, including in MNC or Japanese company
・Experienced in doing sourcing for consulting services in the medical industry including licensing consultant, marketing agencies, promoting materials
・Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement process, policy and systems, and experienced in documentations
・Experienced in using SAP
・Good analytical skill, able to work under pressure, good negotiation skill, good time management skill, good communication skill
