<Position Objective/Expectation >
- responsible for developing, managing, and implementing the company program in the country
<Job Responsibilities>
- responsible for strong collaboration and to manage relationship with key stakeholders, brand participants and with third-party audit and training service providers.
- supports the Country Manager in representing Company at National Stakeholder Committee meetings, Social Responsibility events, Industry Associations, and Brand-Collaboration forums.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Well-networked with the ethical trade & corporate sustainability fraternity from multiple global brands & retailers
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships and build rapport with stakeholders and clients.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English (business level).
• Ability to think conceptually around complex issues.
• Experience in project management and leadership of teams.
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in HSE with at-least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in textile, garment, apparel and accesories industries
• Must have a graduate and a post-graduate degree
• Prior engineering experience, NEBOSH IGC or similar safety certifications would be a bonus.
• Willingness to travel.
• Possess general knowledge and understanding of the Indonesian textile and apparel industry.
• Strong representational and diplomatic skills, alongside with intercultural competence, vision, and commitment to the company mission.
