<Job Responsibilities>
- Support in MPP creation and correlates with Internal & External Parties for its fulfillment
- Define Requirement needs from User
- Create the vacancy advertisement
- Conduct resume sourcing based on the requirement
- Conduct HC interviews with all selected candidates
- Conduct User interview & schedule arrangement
- Control Recruitment Process and follow-up Recruitment Result
- Arrange Profile Assessment by the vendor
- Conduct BOD interviews for the selected candidates
- Develop Offering letter & Employee Agreement
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to create On-Boarding Objectives for New Employees, including creating recruitment evaluations for new employee
- New Hire onboarding preparation
- Manage permanency process
- People analytic related to recruitment analysis and report
- Employer branding and recruitment channel management
- Act as advisor related to HC in general as collaboration function, as a part of the team
- Act as Business Partner in advising their skills and knowledge as professionals
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or related from reputable university
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Recruitment function (end to end), from Tech industry or Recruitment Consultant, as Specialist or Supervisor
・Experienced in case development and proposal design of individual profiling is preferable
・MS Office Savvy
・Good communication skill, interpersonal skill, proactive, initiative, fast learner, people oriented, good analytical thinking, hard working, good work ethic
