<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Expatriate and Recruitment Support
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide expatriate service related to permit in line with government regulation
- Recruitment support by hiring new employees as needed by the company
- Conduct job analysis for hiring publication and post them in job portals
- Conduct admin and scoring for psychological test for recruitment
- Conduct interview
- Coordinate with GA dept. o manage and provide employee administration
- Support PD secretarial tasks
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree
・Min. Business English and Japanese proficiency (fluency in communication, orally and written including email)
・Min. 2 years as HR Japanese Speaker or GA Japanese Speaker, experienced in supporting expat needs KITAS & VISA
・Familiar with recruitment process
・Passionate and interest in HR, Computer savvy (MS Office proficiency)
・Good communication skill, good interpersonal skill, motivated, outgoing, flexible, hard working
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Own JLPT 2 or JLPT 1
・Experienced in using SAP
