Work details
Responsibilities :
• Consolidate budget from service managers and Unit heads to ensure the requirements needed is completed
• Support to conduct ROI initiation and review, and change based on request in order to create service budgeting
• Conduct monthly and annual review Service in order to ensure financial performance of services is on budget
• Conduct calculation of additional external cost to complete for project in order to get accurate project total cost
• Gather Indirect Cost Data Component & Payroll data from the system, Calculate Unit Cost Using Standard Unit Cost Framework, Generate HR Unit Cost Calculation Report, Release HR Unit Cost Calculation in order to calculate HR selling price
• Conduct cost and revenue recognition calculation for project in order to get proper project revenue recognition
• Support for reviewing P/L for each project/service in order to get proper project revenue recognition
• Support for reviewing bill of project generated by Project Manager in order to get proper bill of project
• Create Project Code in ERP System & Timesheet, Input Total Budget in Timesheet in order to get proper total budget in timesheet
• Support in Controlling/Monitoring project Budget vs Actual, Reporting Profit and Loss of Project in order to ensure the profitability analysis of project
• Support by providing data for LKPM report conducted by legal sub unit
Requirements :
• Minimum 3 years experience in Budget & Control dept
• Holding Brevet A and Brevet B certification
• Focusing in detail, have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient (written and oral)
• Have good MS Office skill sets
