<Job Responsibilities>
- Reporting and communicate with Japanese member
- Prepare HR documents (sick leave, attendance, reimbursement. etc)
- Revise company policies
- Liaised internal queries about HR related issues.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Participate in HR projects
- Other task as assigned
<Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Melaporkan dan berkomunikasi dengan anggota Jepang
- Mempersiapkan dokumen SDM (cuti sakit, kehadiran, penggantian biaya, dll)
- Merevisi kebijakan perusahaan
- Menjawab pertanyaan internal tentang masalah terkait SDM.
- Membantu departemen penggajian dengan memberikan informasi karyawan yang relevan
- Mengatur akomodasi perjalanan dan memproses formulir pengeluaran
- Berpartisipasi dalam proyek-proyek SDM
- Tugas lain yang ditugaskan
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Fluent in Japanese (min JLPT N2)
・Min 1-2 years of experience in HRGA or administration
・Bachelor degree in any major
・Good command in Ms. Office (excel ppt word)
