Work details
Responsibilities:
'1. Maintain good communication and partnership with current customers, suppliers and sister company
2. Do the actual budget of customers profit
3. Update forecasts material to suppliers
4. Do sales report of customers material for last month
5. Make and submit quotation price to customers
6. Receive PO from customers, order the material to supplier (only for PO base material)
7. Follow up the delivery material to customers have been done (if import material already arrived)
8. Update current stock in Inabata, check incoming from suppliers and forecast material from customers (stock control)
9. Provide mill sheet data as customer request (such as MSDS, Test Report /ROHS/ ICP, Spec data, COA)
Requirements:
• Having strong administration skills
• Able to communicate in English both writen and oral
