- QS and budgeting for project

- Construction project control and schedule management
◆Marketing activity
- Planning for the location and products' lineup
◆Collaboration with each parties (Local JV partners) & internal teams
◆Other related tasks as assigned

・Working experience in Developer as Senior or GM up for entire construction projects
