Project Document Control - Thermal Power Plant

Position: Project Document Control
Report To: Japanese
Work Location: Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat




1) 　Manage project document by data system and other.
2) 　Communicate with expatriate (s) in document control system
3) 　Assist local staff in document control.work
4) 　Check and operate system (all documents, hard copy and soft copy)
5) 　Maintaining Document Historical Database for off-line purposes
6) 　Due-Date Management and Automatic Overdue alart / Comment Return Cycle 
7) 　Eager to learn and consistently on implementing Toshiba´s DMS (Document Management System)
8) Archive and retrieve project documents utilizing various tools/systems, such as web database, CAD. Project documents includes construction drawings, specifications, procedures, manuals, contract documents, letters, correspondence, reports, etc.
9) Accurate management of documentation generated by the project team, contractors and suppliers in support of the day-to-day operation of the project and in a manner that will enable all relevant parties to quickly retrieve them. 
10) Ensure all documentation provided is as per company’s quality formatting requirements. 
11) Work in strict co-operation with the project members to ensure project progress.
12) Ad hoc duties as required to assist the project team.




- communication especially English (a must)
- Practical / hands-on experience in document management roles in EPC projects of at least 5 years.
- Basic understanding of Engineering / Procurement / Construction / 　　　Commissioning documents.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, Web, CAD,　　　　　　　Adobe Acrobat.
