Position: Accounting Assistant Manager - Construction
Report To: Accounting Manager (Local)
Work Location: Sudirman, Central Jakarta
Responsibilities:
【This position start from Assistant Manager but looking for the person who can be the manager in the near future】
・Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department [Daily Cash Flow, Cash management in site, etc...]
・Liaise with the construction sites and make sure that the financial operations are well delivered there
・Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
・Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
・Deal with audit projects (annual audit, internal audit)
・Enhance Internal control according to the compliance policy of the company
・Reporting to Indonesian manager who is reporting to Japanese management, about the financial statements
Requirements:
・5+ years of working experience in either of these companies;
- Accounting firm
- Audit firm
- Public accountants' office
・Willing to explore one's career in a new business field
・Good command of business level English
Desirable Experiences:
・Having experience in handling construction industry clients
・Certified Public Accountant
Desirable Character:
- Able to manage people
- Attention to detail
