<Job Responsibilities>
- Do interpretation from Indonesian to Japanese or vice versa for related department, including for the customers
- Be a bridge communicator (by interpreting) for the Japanese Manager in business trips
- Do administrative tasks as assigned by the department
- Coordinate with vendors and internal for business operation
- In charge of product & purchasing
- Make request PO to order toys & merchandise supplies
- Make payment request process
- In charge for store and HO supplies from ordering to product purchasing and maintenance, also if there is any needs of reparation or repurchasing
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2)
・Min. 1 year as Japanese Speaker with interpreting as a main job experience in any industry, with 3 years of working experience
・Experienced in interpreting objectively, writing business email, and coordination with Japanese expat
・Willing to work on Weekends (will change shift in weekdays) and willing to travel a few times a month
・Smart, willing to learn, good communication skill
