[Job Description]
• Liaising between all company offices, liaising with overseas offices
• To ensure that all operational activity and administrative matter run well properly and well managed in the company
• To ensure all office facility are running well and well maintained.
• To handle outsourcing management, office room and building management including office leasing and expatriate apartment leasing, vendors and support all expatriate needs during their assignment in Indonesia
• Handle company group permits and license including expatriate permit
• Handle all HR issue in the company group (interview, recruitment, training, staff leave, time records, insurance, and medical claim, payroll, BPJS, taxes, facility, benefits)
• To handle all agreements and legal documents
• To maintain relation with outside party such as Lawyers, Governments, Banks, Vendors, Agents etc
• Become a bridge between company with government in all related issue, especially due to foreign investment, including all government law and policy which need to be applied to company
• Providing support to all departments in the company group and providing support in all company events
• Overseeing Intercompany transaction as well as Company Financial Reports (P/L, B/S) & Project’s Finance transaction and accounting posting for project
• Overseeing Company groups of Logistic and import activity and Project administration/documentation
• Monitoring taxation computation and reporting
• Prepare all data and handle the External Auditor and tax consultant
[Skill and Experience]
- Experience as supervisor or manager (managerial skill), min 2-3 years
- Min 2-3 years of employment in previous company
- Must have experience as Finance, Accounts, Administration, HR and GA.
- Have knowledge about Indonesia Law especially related to Foreign Investment
- Have knowledge about Import and Indonesia taxes
- English speaking candidate is a must and could speak Japanese will be advantage
- Fast learner and willing to do Matrix jobs ,
- Willing to do overtime if necessary, and willing to cover anyjobs due to ensure all operational activity run properly
- Cheerful but have mature personality
[Remuneration]
- Monthly basic salary: Rp8,000,000 - Rp11,000,000
- Meal< Transport and Communication allowance
