Work details
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and cycle, whilst aligning with business managers for recruitment plans and sourcing strategies
- Assist Manager to create job descriptions, job grading and training need analysis
- Provide support for HR programs and initiatives, e.g. training & development, engagement activities, organizational change, succession plan, etc
- Any other tasks / projects that may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor's degree from Psychology or Human Resources related.
- 4 years of experience handling end to end process of Recruitment, Training & Development.
- Business level English proficiency.
- Experienced in Industrial Relationship, Assessment tools, Behavior interview, and Training.
