Work details
◆ Financial operations: Assist Finance Manager to oversee daily financial operations by optimizing driver, client and vendor payments and collections. Drafting and/or updating of company SOPs. Tracking of postpaid client collection and review.
◆ Financial Accounting: Responsible for the month-end closing activities and preparation of monthly analysis. Preparation of periodical management report for review. Maintain day to day accounting activities comply with PSAK. Profit & Loss, Balanced Sheet, and Cash Flow review.
◆ Statutory compliance: Assisting with the compliance of all statutory compliance tasks including external audit, tax filing and etc.
◆ Tax management: Identify and mitigate tax risks as well as manage tax provision and tax compliance process. Prepare all tax papers on a regular basis and handle all information data requests. Manage and coordinate tax audits.
◆ Team development: Equip team with necessary knowledge and tools to achieve goals.
◆ Other financial tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.
◆Operasi keuangan: Membantu Manajer Keuangan untuk mengawasi operasi keuangan harian dengan mengoptimalkan pembayaran dan penagihan pengemudi, klien, dan vendor. Menyusun dan/atau memperbarui SOP perusahaan. Melacak penagihan dan peninjauan klien pascabayar.
◆Akuntansi Keuangan: Bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan penutupan akhir bulan dan persiapan analisis bulanan. Menyiapkan laporan manajemen berkala untuk ditinjau. Memastikan kegiatan akuntansi sehari-hari sesuai dengan PSAK. Tinjauan Laba Rugi, Neraca, dan Arus Kas.
Kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan: Membantu pemenuhan semua tugas kepatuhan hukum termasuk audit eksternal, pengajuan pajak, dan lain-lain.
◆Manajemen pajak: Mengidentifikasi dan memitigasi risiko pajak serta mengelola ketentuan pajak dan proses kepatuhan pajak. Mempersiapkan semua dokumen perpajakan secara teratur dan menangani semua permintaan data informasi. Mengelola dan mengkoordinasikan audit pajak.
◆Pengembangan tim: Melengkapi tim dengan pengetahuan dan alat yang diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan.
◆Tugas-tugas keuangan lainnya yang ditugaskan oleh Manajer Keuangan.

• More than 3 years experience of Accounting/Finance/Tax in Japanese manufacturing company
• Who can work at Jakarta and Cikarang
• Understand the Taxation System
• Experienced of working with Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace
- Bahasa Inggris (Tingkat bisnis)
