①Inputting Bank Book (Finance)
-Daily deposit/withdrawal management and arrangements
-Arrange & prepare payment transaction
-Arrange & prepare Invoice & Tax Invoice
-Receivables Management
-Cash position management(Forecast)
-Window Forward contract management
-Prepare reports for financial institutions and regulatory agencies
②Accounting
-Journal entry and confirmation (using Accurate)
-Monthly and annual closing (using Accurate)
-Audit support
-Inventory Aging
-Invoicing and issuing
③Others
-Work with the Manager of Finance and Accounting
-Respond to requests from head office in Japan
-Other related tasks as assigned
・Experience in Finance and Accounting, for Japanese Companies or Multi National Company
・Understanding of foreign trade practices, practical experience
・Japanese or English required (business level or above)
・Willing to acquire new knowledge and experience.
・Able to communicate in a cheerful manner / teamwork oriented
・ General PC literacy required for business (Word, Excel, etc. for report writing, etc.)
