<Job Responsibilities>
- Carry out the stages of recruitment process
- Assist the implementation of training and development
- Establish relationship with HR service providers (outsourcing, headhunters, online media, print media) to recruit employees
- Responsible for employee relations
- Check and submit reports
- Supervise the team under authority
- Ensure the new strategy is carried out in accordance with the established strategy
- Ensure that the SOP is implemented in the company according to established standards
- Assist HR superiors in preparing company regulations and SOPs according to development in labor regulations
- Other tasks as assigned

- Melaksanakan tahapan proses rekrutmen
- Membantu pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pengembangan
- Menjalin hubungan dengan penyedia jasa SDM (outsourcing, headhunter, media online, media cetak) untuk merekrut karyawan
- Bertanggung jawab atas hubungan karyawan
- Memeriksa dan menyerahkan laporan
- Mengawasi tim yang berada di bawah wewenangnya
- Memastikan strategi baru dijalankan sesuai dengan strategi yang telah ditetapkan
- Memastikan SOP dijalankan di perusahaan sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan
- Membantu atasan HR dalam menyusun peraturan dan SOP perusahaan sesuai perkembangan peraturan ketenagakerjaan

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency and business level Mandarin min HSK 5
・2 years of experience as HRBP supervisor
・Able to do job evaluation, create SOP, and understand organization structure
・Communicative, hard working, able to work under pressure, responsible

・Pendidikan minimal S1
・Kemahiran Bahasa Inggris (Level Bisnis) dan bahasa Mandarin (Level Bisnis) min. HSK 5

・Mampu melakukan evaluasi pekerjaan, membuat SOP, dan memahami struktur organisasi
