Work details
- Manage end-to-end process for talent acquisition and recruitment cycle
- Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency across HR and Admin functions
- Handle employee issues, staff engagement initiatives, and workflow streamlining
- Provide general administration support including office supplies, facilities maintenance, etc
- Monitor headcount status against budget, staff turnover rate, analyze manpower shortfall and propose retention measures
- Provide professional and constructive advice to management on HR & Administration related issues;
- Monitor workplace safety and be responsible for work injury cases
- Familiar with HR administration and audit issues

- Mengelola proses end-to-end untuk siklus akuisisi dan rekrutmen karyawan
- Mendorong efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional di seluruh fungsi HR dan Admin
- Menangani masalah karyawan, inisiatif keterlibatan staf, dan perampingan alur kerja
- Menyediakan dukungan administrasi umum termasuk perlengkapan kantor, pemeliharaan fasilitas, dll.
- Memantau status jumlah karyawan terhadap anggaran, tingkat pergantian staf, menganalisis kekurangan tenaga kerja, dan mengusulkan langkah-langkah retensi
- Memberikan saran profesional dan konstruktif kepada manajemen tentang masalah terkait HR & Administrasi;
- Memantau keselamatan di tempat kerja dan bertanggung jawab atas kasus-kasus kecelakaan kerja
- Menguasai masalah administrasi dan audit HR
- Tugas lain yang berkaitan
・Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
・Minimum of 5 years of all-rounded Human Resources and Administration experience, of which a minimum of 3 years at the supervisory level.
・Well-versed in employment ordinances and related legislation in Indonesia. • Business focus, results orientation, relationship management, effective listening and collaboration, and time management
・Self-motivated, well-organized, attention to detail, and able to work independently
・Good command of written and spoken English
・Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

・Gelar sarjana atau lebih tinggi di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Administrasi Bisnis, atau disiplin ilmu terkait
・Minimal 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia dan Administrasi, dimana minimal 3 tahun di antaranya pada level supervisor.
・Berpengalaman dalam peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan undang-undang terkait di Indonesia. • Fokus pada bisnis, orientasi pada hasil, manajemen hubungan, kemampuan mendengar dan berkolaborasi secara efektif, dan manajemen waktu
