Work details
1.Checking incoming goods, tallying with PO/packing list.
2.Checking all supported documents such as packing list, B/L, AWB, COC, insurance, etc. from suppliers.
3.Tracking purchase orders and suppliers delivery schedules.
4.Prepare and checking all document for clearance goods in Indonesia port/airport.
5.Other related tasks as assigned

1. Memeriksa barang yang masuk, menghitung dengan PO / packing list.
2. Memeriksa semua dokumen pendukung seperti packing list, B/L, AWB, COC, asuransi, dll. Dari pemasok.
3. Melacak pesanan pembelian dan jadwal pengiriman pemasok.
4. Mempersiapkan dan memeriksa semua dokumen untuk barang clearance di pelabuhan/bandara Indonesia.
5. Tugas terkait lainnya yang berkaitan
・Have minimum 1 years of related experience in Exim and purchasing proven track record (especially from heavy equipment/automotive/spare part sector)
・Have good understanding in export and import regulation
・Business level English
・Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Analytical Skill
・PPJK Sertificate *Big plus
・Can join with us immediately

・Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang peraturan ekspor dan impor
・Bahasa Inggris (level bisnis)
・Menguasai Word, Excel, Power Point dan Kemampuan Analitis
・Sertifikat PPJK *Nilai tambah yang besar
