<Job Responsibilities>
- Apply for registration and extension of certificates and qualifications
- Manage office leases, company assets, office supplies, business gifts, software telecom, internet, social media, and other permits
- Organize meetings and exhibitions, plan and execute advertising and publicity
- Provide secretarial support to the chief representative
- Arrange business trip itinerary
- Handle recruiting, outsourcing, hiring, onboarding, and termination
- Manage social security and medical insurance
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Mengajukan pendaftaran dan perpanjangan sertifikat dan kualifikasi
- Mengelola sewa kantor, aset perusahaan, perlengkapan kantor, hadiah bisnis, perangkat lunak telekomunikasi, internet, media sosial, dan izin lainnya
- Mengatur pertemuan dan pameran, merencanakan dan melaksanakan periklanan dan publisitas
- Memberikan dukungan kesekretariatan kepada kepala perwakilan
- Mengatur rencana perjalanan bisnis
- Menangani perekrutan, alih daya, perekrutan, orientasi, dan pemutusan hubungan kerja
- Mengelola jaminan sosial dan asuransi kesehatan
- Tugas-tugas lain yang ditugaskan.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Fresh Graduates with internship experience are welcome
・Min bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Willing to do business trips if needed
・Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, high sense of responsibility, and able to multi-task

・Able to speak Mandarin
