- Responsible for Bank Relationships, AP, AR, Treasury, Taxation, Internal Audit
- Provide controllership functions to ensure finances are managed according to legislation, policies, and procedures and ensure that all financial matters are in accordance with ethical accounting practices. Be an oversight on all procurement.
- Be the Lead in ERP implementation of Finance and Account Modules.
- To implement continuous financial audit and control systems to monitor the performance of the Business, its flow of funds, the adherence to the budget, the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales, and other budgetary items.
- To comply with all reporting, accounting, and audit requirements imposed by all applicable accounting-related regulatory bodies in Indonesia.
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Maintain financial records for each project in a manner that facilitates management reports
- Ensure that accurate and timely financial statements are prepared in accordance with contract agreements with Investors and all other stakeholders
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that all Records and Financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation
- Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate
- Ensure Tax efficiency of company business compliance with local Tax requirements. Prepared deferred tax calculations and implemented Transfer Pricing policies
- Other task as assigned
・Proficiency in IFRS and Indonesia Accounting Standards.
・Knowledge of Local Tax both Indirect and Direct Laws essential.
・Minimum 10 years of experience in Supervisory level in the accounting and Finance field, previous work experience in multinational companies and overseas graduate is preferable
・Previous experience in ERP implementation would be preferred to fill the role
