Job Description
-Arrange shipments, prepare and approve orders, manage pricing information and release invoices.
-Send documentation that coincides with shipments and importation and are responsible for maximizing space capacity and coordinating schedules with the warehouse. --Interact with customers, collaborate with the Japanese and coordinate with other functions.
-Manage the traffic department and traffic coordinators. Must spot export compliance risks and come up with risk assessment measures.
-Be Up-to-date on regulatory changes and adapt appropriately.
-Be responsible for reducing costs as well, and they negotiate freight rates. Also responsible for warehouse inventory.
-The main countries that this person deal is Japan, Hongkong, China mainland
Requirement
-At least 1-2 years of EXIM field
-Have worked in a small size company and covered a wide range in EXIM field
-Able to notice well about detailed things
-Willing to contribute for a newly started up company
-English proficiency in both oral and written
(able to liaise with the team and vendors outside Indonesia)
- Knowledge about BC 23 tax matters in " Kawasan Berikat" ( preferable )
- having work experience do logistic import in " Kawasan berikat " ( preferable )
