[Job Description]
Responsible In bencmarking lcoal and overseas supplier Responsible in issuieng Purchase order and monitoring until deliveryMonitoring &  arrange shipmentLiase with shipping agent for delivery arrangement , documentation that concedes with shipments and importation policy are responsible for maximizing space capacity and coordinating schedules with the warehouseSpot Import compliance risks and come up with the risk assesment measuresbe up to date on regulatory changes , adapt appropriately and filling import document accordinglyInteract & Liaise with related divisions for purchase demandsHandle Logistic issue 
[Skill and Experience]

The candidate should have minimum 2 years until 5 years experience working at the same position in FORWARDER companyMust to have a knowledge about EXIM documentation and Regulation in Indonesia.Must have a knowledge about BEA CUKAI matter (Regulation, etc).'Must able to explain about the regualtion in ENGLISH to the Japanese User
