Roles/Duties/ ResponsibilitiesResponsible for sales:
• Sell labelling machines (Pressure Sensitive Labels & Shrink Sleeve Labels).
• Identifying true customer expectations and bringing home sales opportunities.
• Expand market within the assigned accounts for companies of the FMCG.
• Managing the existing business and creating new projects.
• Help shape sales approach to achieve company goals.
• Give technical advice to clients, keeping close contact with their production, engineering and quality departments, amongst others.
• Commercial negotiations with the clients.
• Generate influence in the HQ of the clients.
• Showing flexibility by taking care of other tasks (e.g. service activities) when requested.
• Be customer’s first point of contact for machinery.レポート先

Necessary
skill/experience 
• Proven sales experience in packaging machine industry (Special interest in Sticker and or Shrink Sleeve labeling machine sales).
• Fluent in English
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Willing to travel extensively (70%-80% of the time).
• Come from a multinational Company in packaging or machinery industry ( Other machinery industry is ok, as long as he has machinery sales experience)
• Able interact with buyers; planners; engineers and marketers.
• Good listener and have emotional intelligence.
• Take an interest in people, are curious and are in one word emphatic.
• Good negotiation skills and are result oriented.【あれば尚望ましい】
