Job Description :
Maximize the sales of products by maintaining and expanding customer base;
-Enhance Company business by developing, implementing and evaluating sales strategis, ensuring the availability of products and resources that effectively execute sales and marketing programs in order to meet or exceed Company goals for a profitable revenue in accordance with the applied operational policies, rules, and budget of the Company.
-Manage the district sales managers in each sales territories and lead/help them maximize the team performance
-Plan, conduct scientific activities, encourage Sales Force to promote Company products, and build / maintain good relationship with KOLs / decision makers.
Requirements :
-Having the sales & marketing experience in a managerial level in pharaceutical company, and is capable to execute the responsibilities above
-Good in English both oral and written
-Willing to travel frequently
Preferable Requirements :
-Preferably from Multinational Pharmaceutical Company
-Especially, handling Ethical Products
