<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Handling and supporting the President Director regarding regulatory and import matters
<Job Responsibilities>
- Handling applications for import quotas
- Using the SIMREK PKH (Sistem Informasi Rekomendasi Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan) to obtain recommendation letters and licenses for their products
- Checking the HS Code (Harmonized System Code)
- Other regulatory matters as assigned
- Checking Pemberitahuan Impor Barang (PIB) (checking BM duty, VAT, PPh 22, custom rate) - PIB draft will be issued by forwarder
- Checking PIB documents (invoice, PL, BL, and other related documents) from supplier
- Creating delivery schedules and coordinating with the forwarder regarding the delivery
- Doing cost calculations for the purchased goods (to calculate the appropriate selling price)
- Filing and preparing tax and customs documents
- Handling custom audits
- Other related tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in handling regulatory and import matters in the food trading industry
- Experienced in handling applications for import quotas
- Having good knowledge and familiarity with SIMREK PKH
- Established a good connection with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Trade
- Knowledgeable in checking the HS Code
- Having good knowledge of food import
- Experience handling custom audits
- Excellent communication skills, neat, and detail-oriented
- Good logical skills and is good at mathematics
- Min. high conversational level of English
- Proficiency in Ms. Office
