*Importing products purchased from Japan, China, Vietnam, etc. to Indonesia
①Import regulations, investigation of Thai laws and regulations, acquisition of import license (ex) PI, SNI, PB, LS, etc.
②Import business
-Creation of overseas data (updating shipping documents and customs confirmation data)
-Container arrangement on the export side (estimate, arrangement, adjustment)
-Import customs clearance and DC delivery (declaration document confirmation, drayage arrangement, adjustment)
-In-house accounting processing (cost accounting, confirmation of customs clearance date and product price, collaboration with accounting department for payment)
③Communicating / Reporting to Japanese, HQ, client
④Other related tasks as assigned
-Bachelor degree any major
-More than 3 years working experience
-More than 1 year Import related work experience
-Having knowledge of customs clearance
-Excel skill
-Business level English
