<Job Responsibilities>
- In charge of order entry and its management
- Warehouse activities and coordination with the operators and vendors
- Handle purchase orders
- Manage and update database and system as coordinated by the internal
- Update delivery date/time
- Optimize shipment
- Issue delivery note, invoice and pick list
- Manage credit notes
- Promote/commission D2B or slow moving orders
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 1 year of experience in order management, experience in coordinating with 3PLs, do and manage warehousing activities and being responsible with shipments, from multinational company
・Experienced in using ERP system, proficiency in MS Office
・Good communication skill, good time management skill, good work ethics, energetic, and honest
