<Job Responsibilities>
- Arrange bookings (flight, restaurant, hotel, golf, etc.)
- Interpret during communications with locals
- Accompany investors and BoD
- Coordinate with external parties to accommodate investors and BoD's needs
- Arrange and host events to strengthen business relationship
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Diploma degree
・Business Mandarin proficiency (able to communicate with Chinese and Hongkong expatriates effectively) and min. Conversational English proficiency
・Experienced in coordinating with Chinese expatriates, booking and arranging venues (restaurant, hotel) and transportation (flights, taxi)
・Willing to work in flexible hour and to travel
・Good interpersonal skill and communication skill, proactive
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
