- Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling HR-related documentation.
- Support employee performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

・Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field from reputable university
・Prior 1 year experience in HR and/or general affairs functions, preferably in a multinational environment.
・Proficiency in English languages both written and spoken
・Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information and documentation.
・Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software for data management and reporting.

- Gelar sarjana di bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait dari universitas terkemuka
- Pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang SDM dan/atau fungsi umum, lebih disukai di lingkungan multinasional.
Kemahiran berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
- Memiliki perhatian yang sangat baik terhadap detail dan ketelitian dalam menangani informasi dan dokumentasi rahasia.
- Menguasai aplikasi MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dan perangkat lunak HRIS untuk manajemen data dan pelaporan.
