- Develop and manage Section Budget
- Manage expatriate license and permits (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS)
- Facilitate Business Trip (Hotel booking, flight tickets and visa)
- Perform general purchase.
- Manage all drivers and office boy (include check monthly salary calculation)
- Manage company and operational cars, office maintenance, office supplies, pantry needs, office facilities (Copiers machine)
- Responsible for Asset Management (mobile phone, company vehicles, others)
- Compile and report new business / business change to Regional Office
- Monitor latest regulations related GA&HR field and ensure its compliance.
- Prepare all required document and facilitate audit process.
- Led planning and execution of various projects, including CSR and company events.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and external partners

- Menyusun dan mengelola Anggaran Bagian
- Mengelola lisensi dan perizinan ekspatriat (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS)
- Memfasilitasi perjalanan bisnis (pemesanan hotel, tiket pesawat dan visa)
- Melakukan pembelian umum.
- Mengelola semua pengemudi dan office boy (termasuk memeriksa perhitungan gaji bulanan)
- Mengelola mobil perusahaan dan operasional, perawatan kantor, perlengkapan kantor, kebutuhan pantry, fasilitas kantor (mesin fotokopi)
- Bertanggung jawab atas Manajemen Aset (handphone, kendaraan perusahaan, dan lain-lain)
- Menyusun dan melaporkan bisnis baru/perubahan bisnis ke Kantor Regional
- Memantau peraturan terbaru terkait bidang GA & SDM dan memastikan kepatuhannya.
- Mempersiapkan semua dokumen yang diperlukan dan memfasilitasi proses audit.
- Memimpin perencanaan dan pelaksanaan berbagai proyek, termasuk CSR dan acara-acara perusahaan.
- Menjaga hubungan dengan vendor dan mitra eksternal
・Graduate from Reputable University (FISIP, International Law, Business Administration)
・Having experience in General Affair area in Japanese Company (min. 3 years)
・Having good communication skills and English
・Able to operate Ms. Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
