- Prepare payment to employees and vendors
- Involved and support audit
- Book cash / bank journal
- Maintain petty cash and bank account
- Reconciliation with journal
- Filling document
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Diploma degree in Accounting
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 3 years as Accounting and Finance function (petty cash, journal, document filing, reconciliation, etc.)
・Knowledge required including accounting process, tax standard & regulation
・Excellent Excel skill and proficient in using MS Office applications
・Able to join less than 1 month notice
・Committed, honest, reliable, diligent and detail oriented
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experienced in doing accounting in project
・Working experience in Japanese company
