<Job Responsibilities>
Mission - Responsible for assisting Japanese management as secretary.
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Coordinating other secretary in Japan for schedule management
- Book hotels, meeting rooms, and other necessary facilities including reimbursement and Receipt support
- Assist management problem like apartment or any other problems with admin department
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Working experience as secretary for Japanese managements or back office operation which has many internal coordination
・Japanese language Business up N2 and English Business up
