1. Report organization category:
- Regularly export ITO data and achievement status of various countries in the region
- Regularly output inventory reports, non-guaranteed sales reports, and headquarters material distribution reports
- Collation of office self-purchased expenses, collation of India-Bangladesh material costs, collation of material transfers between countries, and collation of after-sales material costs
2. Operation monitoring category:
- Regularly output overdue write-off reports from various countries in the region, follow up and promote improvements
- Follow up on scrap submission and approval in multiple countries in the region
- Responsible for the sale processing and follow-up of defective motherboards & EMMC in various countries in the region
- Follow-up on overseas sales losses/Follow-up on the overdue transfer of good ASC products to sales
- Responsible for safety inspections of parent warehouses, sub-warehouses, and network sub-warehouses in various countries in the region
- Other responsibilities as needed

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Open for fresh graduate
・Min. Diploma Degree
・Business Mandarin proficiency with conversational English proficiency
・1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in operations management or a related field.
・Self-motivated and positive mindset, with a proactive approach to problem- solving
