<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Responsible for recruiting staff for the R&D department in Southeast Asia
<Job Responsibilities>
- Human resources strategy development and implementation: responsible for the development and implementation of overseas local human resources strategy, work with business departments to develop human resources policies and processes that comply with local laws and regulations, and ensure their effective implementation.
- Employee Relations Management: Responsible for handling employee relations affairs, including employee complaints and dispute resolution, promoting employee satisfaction, team cohesion, and corporate culture construction.
- Performance Management and Incentive Plan: Assist in formulating Performance Management system, participate in performance review process, promote the implementation of performance incentive plan, and ensure that employee performance is consistent with corporate goals.
- Recruitment and Talent Development: Participate in the recruitment process, assist in formulating recruitment plans, provide recruitment strategy advice, and support employee training and development plans.
- Employee Benefits and Termination Management: Manage employee benefits plans, including compensation and benefits, employee care, and employee satisfaction surveys, and be responsible for employee turnover management and processes.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min bachelor's degree
・Business Mandarin proficiency with HSK 5 and business English proficiency
・2 years of experience as HRBP with 5 years as HR overall role
・Able to build strong relationship and collaborate effectively with business leaders and stakeholders at all level of the organization, strong knowledge of HR best practice, employment laws, and regulations
・Good initiative, good at communication, strong affinity, strong execution
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in the smartphone industry
