Work details
- Manage end to end recruitment and onboarding process including job posting, candidate screening, selection, and offering.
- Maintain accurate data and up to date employee database information.
- Maintain attendance of employee, overtime and annual leaves
- Handle Employment agreement, monitoring probation and contract status
- Handle employee business trip process (Car, Driver, Hotel, Flight)
- Handle facility management and coordinate with external vendors for maintenance and services.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative task.
- Other duties as assigned.
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・1 year of experience as HRGA Staff
・Advanced level in Excel (PIVOT, Database, HLookup, VLookup, etc).
・Fast typing speed, detail oriented, good task & time management, responsible.
