Work details
- Lead desk collection and field collection members as division head
- Create collection strategy and execute it
- Maximize collected amount by desk and field collection
- Educate junior members
- Maximize the credit check pass rate with managing our risks
- Develop and implement nationwide SOPs for collection processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Analyze collection data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize collection strategies.
- Monitor and report on collection performance, providing insights and recommendations for increasing profitability.
- Other task as assigned
・Bachelor's degree from any major
・Min. 5 years' experience in startup from related position (preferably from P2P lending)
・More than 2 years experience to lead a team
・Business level of English
・Tough and willing to make positive impact for others
・Working experience in start up company that handles B2C
・Good logical and strategic thinking skills
