Responsibility
• Incharge of back office operation improvement project
• Management of over all company business operation and corrective action plan (Assist to Division Head)
• Work as Internal consultant, as a solution provider, creating value by creating synergy within the company
• Budgeting (buget allocation) and budget contol
• Prepare report for management and Head Office in Japan
Requirement
'- Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Basic Knowledge for Finance and Accounting (understand P/L and BS)
• Fluently in English is a must
• Having good analytical and logical thinking
• Having good communication and negotiation skill
• Strong leadership with high integrity person
