Raw Material Procurement Supervisor - Trading Company

[Job Description]
• Become the Niguri PIC
• Colleting necessary data from sales and making purchasing order
• Inputting and controlling customer forecast, inventory and balance order in Niguri system
• Controlling import quota and verification order when open purchasing order materials, if conditioning
• Coordinating with suppliers for shipping schedule of order materials
• Coordinating with vendors for processing materials in term of competitive cost, delivery on time and quality
• Communicating with suppliers and vendors for analyzing materials claim cases
• Collecting information and data for analyzing cost for purchasing and processing materials
• Controlling niguri system in term of customer purchase forecast, stock
• Making report materials based on customer require or / and superior instruction
• Supervise / control subordinate job.



[Skill and Experience]
• Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing
• Strong in calculation / math
• Own business administration knowledge and skill for word, excel and power point
• Experience in automotive steel business field is advantaged
