Position Name: General Affair Japanese Speaker Staff
Reporting Line: Japanese Manager
Work Location: Sudirman, Jakarta Pusat
<Resposibilities>
[GA for the person who comes from Japan as a business trip]
・Managing and checking business traveler's schedule and booking restaurant, hotel, air port pick up, golf and so on.
・Interpretation, translation, receiving calling, supporting events as like company ceremonial.
[Taking care for expatriate]
・Searching & introducing apartment, supporting making contract between expatriate and agent.
・Making document of domicile
・Booking flight and fee payment.
・Managing leaving schedule of expatriate.
・Supporting KITAS matters
・Handling reimbursed expenses and sending some documents instead of expatriate.
<Requirements>
・Working experience in Japanese company.
・Working experience as a GA staff.
・Ability to speak and typing business level Japanese: N2 Level.
・Skill of time and schedule management.
<Desirable Experiences>
・Ability to speak business level English.
