<Resposibilities>
Perform tax department support tasks, including:
Coordinate all Tax Department production (populating budget hours and due dates, assigning tax jobs, following up with preparers and managers, coordinating with other departments for staff availability, generating production reports in the electronic workflow system).
Setting up all new tax workflows in the electronic workflow system.
Running tax software reports to identify multiple versions of returns in software; assigning preparer numbers in the tax software.
Processing all tax extensions (logs and zero extensions, adding new clients to the document management system, releasing and uploading all releases and acceptances to the document management system, mailing paper extensions)
Coordinating all e-filing activity (releasing tax returns, uploading documents to document management system, routings, rejections, reports and deadlines)
Identifying, correcting, and maintaining issues and workflows.
Renewing and monitoring all professional staff personal tax identification numbers.
Coordinating tax organizers and related supply preparations; creating, mailing, processing, scanning, validating and linking to tax returns and performing autoflow for tax returns.
Monitor IRS administration regularly and maintain compliance with IRS regulations requirements.
<Requirements>
- Posses basic skill about tax and accounting
- Knowing update tax regulations, Brevet AB
- Understand PPh and PPN
- Attention to detail, able to perform administration filling documents
- 22 - 28 years old
<Desirable Experiences>
- Holds experience 2 - 3 years at same position
<Desirable Character>
Good communication skill, sales minded person, able to work with tight deadline, positive attitude
