Inventory Control - Retail

- Develop allocation palns by division based on inventory and store needs.

- Forecast and update plans regularly based on current sales trends.

- Ensure proper balance of invetory across all stores within the Indonesia market.

- Ensure key items/core products are in stock at a colour size level.

- Maximizes sales performance and ensure inventory objective are met to improve stock turns and increase gross margin.

- Work closesly with cross functional business partners (field management and marchendisers) on inventory adn business opportunities

- Communicate regularlu with the store on specific issues and forward to marchendisers for evaluation and/or action.

- Plan allocation flow to ensure newnness on the sales floor.

- Work with the warehouse to prioritize orders through receiving, production and shipping when necessary to protect sales trends and inventory levels in stores.

- Analyze reporting to maximize potential sales and balance inventories across stores.

- Work with merchandisers to execute monthly layout across different store format.

- Generate reports as requesed by business partners, or senior executives.

- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.





- Prior computer experience ex: Microsoft office

- Have at least  4-5 years experience in the same position and business type

- Have knowledge of Planning and Allocation system preffered.

- Must posses excellent time management skills

- Able to communicate in English both Spoken and Written

- Ability to complete task without any delay





- Excellent analytical ability, quick learner, organizational skill, proactive
