Responsibilities :
'• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Update and maintain office policies as necessary
• Organize office operations and procedures
• Handle Payroll
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
• Manage HR, office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
Requirements :
• Able to communicate in English both oral & written
• Understand about tax , payroll and HR management
• Able to work within team (teamwork)
• Understand about accounting system ACCURATE
Desirable Experiences :
• Have an experience in this position minimum 3 years
• Strong leadership skill
• Open Minded
