[Job Description]
'• Visiting customers regularly for installing, solving problems, training customers about company labeling machines
• Responsible for all regular service activities of high quality packaging machines.
• Will also have a helpdesk function for customers and colleagues from the company.
• Solving complex problems and failures quickly, give structural feedback from machines and customers in.
• Communicate frequently with both internal and external parties for optimal customer satisfaction.
[Requirement]
* Have experience as Service Engineer or related field at least 2 - 3 years
* Knowledge and experience with (PLC) switching and control systems
* Knowledge in Electrical/Electronics for industrial application
* Expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and solving machine related problems.
* Keen interest in technology
* Good oral and written english skill.
* Able to travel locally and abroad for short/long term projects/training and able to work at flexible working hours
