<Resposibilities>
- Preparation for Production depend on project until Mass production.
- Negotiation with customer.
- Designs processes, material and workspace layouts to ensure fast and efficient production.
- Responsible to execute production plan and ensuring production at optimum capacity.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Analysis of operational issues and installation of new equipment.
- Estimate the cost of production and come up with cost-saving methods.
- Making monthly report.
<Requirements>
- Male, max 34 years old.
- Min Diploma Degree in Engineering.
- Have experiences min 3 years in position Supervisor at Japanese Company.
- Understand flow process & system in production.
- Have a good communication skill & good posses in Japanese with JLPT N3.
- Have a good knowledge for people middle management.

- Have work experiences in Japan.

- Have good leadership skills, passionate, flexible, strong personality.
