Responsibilities
- Monitoring promotion, activity and lead Distributor Sales for Retail Market
- Account visit for business plan
- Controlling the order from distributors
- Educating the Sales in Distributor
- Handling the key account
- Take a key role for the demo cooking for the customer
- Creating Menu Idea for customer requirement
- Monitoring journey of Sales Force or tandem with Sales Force
- Maintaining number of Sales Target
- Administration (Account promotion planning)
Requirements
- Experience min. 3 years as Sales Retail Supervisor in Food Industry/FMCG/F&B or have background as retail distributor who willing to take challange as Sales
- Own motorcycle and have License (SIM C)
- Computer literate and good communication in English

- Good analysis, initiative, innovation and problem solver
- Good communication in Indonesian and English language
