QAQC Manager or Assistant Manager - Manufacturing

<Resposibilities>

・Developing effective quality control processes.

・Analysis and improvement of safety standards for each production process.

・Ensure compliance with safety and health guidelines and legal obligations

・Statistical analysis by leaving all previous logs as documents or data

・Respond to customers at the time of trouble and devise plans to prevent recurrence 

・Planning and implementation of measures to prevent defects



<Requirements>

・Ability to control own mind under the pressure.

・Ability to speak English above business level.

・Management experience of subordinates

・Knowledge of IATF; International Automobile Task Force.



<Desirable Experiences>

・Working experience of QC department in metal parts manufacturing industry.

・Working experience in Japanese company.



<Desirable Character>

Highly motivated, Independent and can work as individual and team
