<Resposibilities>
・to supervise subordinates and manage them
・cooperating with legal manager and reporting to boss.
・Reporting to Indonesian Manager.
※Working together with female staff who is being responsible in HR with Accounting and Legal.

・Deeply knowledge about labor union, company law, regulation and so on.
・Having a strong will to change organization better.
・Ability to see and speak our company's HR matter from company side not from employee side.
