Property Management Assistant Manager - Real Estate & Property Industry

Responsibilities :

1. Informing TLID Japanese staff about common practice/rules in Indonesia

2. Checking if ideas about property management in Japan can be applied in Indonesia

3. Together with Japanese staff, creating base for property management in all aspects before hand over to tenant association 

4. Dealing with subcontractor for property management: interior design, security, cleaning, etc.

5. Making sure of smooth transition of property management to tenant association

6. One personnel will be focused on technical side of building operation, so we’re also open for those who have technical experience in property management/building operation



Requirements :

 Bachelor degree from any major, preferably graduate from top University in Indonesia or overseas

 Have experience in property management company, especially at start of operation time, including vendor planning, energy planning, preventive maintenance planning, SOP maintenance, permit process, service charge & sinking fund calculation 

 Have experience as a Chief Engineer, Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Engineer, or Outsourcing Control Manager is preferable 

 Sufficient English to do Indonesia – English translation and vice versa, for example for SOP or government rules document
