Construction Management Manager - Real Estate & Property Industry

Responsibilities :

Schedule Management, Quality & Budget Control, Design Coordination

Help the construction team to prepare concept until completion

Help to ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Other duties as assigned



Requirements :

Bachelor degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering 

Graduate from top University in Indonesia or overseas

Have technical background of building construction management

Have minimum 7 years work experience in construction works

Good command in English speaking and writing (attach TOEFL or TOEIC Score), Japanese language ability is a plus.

Able to operate MS Office and CAD

Preferably have Quantity Surveyor background



Desirable Experiences :

Has experience in manage and handle interior design as well



Desirable Character :

Energetic

Able to work in underpressure
