Responsibilities
'- Set-up and follow up short term Business Plan based on Factory targets
- Create strong team work in his/her section
- As a 5S leader and Controller in his/ her Section
- Traing and educate subordinates
- Evaluate capability of 4 M in his / her department and make plan to increase it
- Maintain "Closed and Strong Relation" with Related Dept (PPC, PE, PU, QC, QA and others)
- Control assembly and quality cost in his / her department
- Control Machinery Depreciation in his / her Department
- Create more added value in Production department
Requirements
- Male
- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Mechatronic/ Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent from reputable university
- Have a minimum of 5 experiences in related field as Assistant Manager or Manager
- Has strong skills to set up Total Productive Maintenance
- Possess highly business and ownership as an Assistant Manager
- English for both oral and written is a must
- Able to operate MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
Desirable Character
- Good analytical thinking, Leadership, flexible, strong personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
